What exactly is the Strategic Brand Partnership subscription?
Think of it as having an expert brand and content director on your team, but without the full-time salary.
You get dedicated, senior-level strategic support for a fraction of the cost of a full-time hire. I am your thinking partner, developing the strategy behind your content to ensure everything you publish grows your brand and business. The flexible monthly subscription that gives you consistent support and can be paused or canceled anytime.
What happens after I subscribe? What’s the process?
Once you subscribe, we follow a straightforward process designed to save you time, provide new insights, and lay a foundation for sustainable, long-term growth.
Alignment & Deep Dive: We start with an intensive strategy session to crystallize your brand’s story, vision, and goals. I’ll come prepared with a full audit of your existing presence, ensuring our time is 100% focused on future growth.
Build Your Strategic Foundation: Together, we’ll lock in the core pillars of your brand: powerful positioning, a magnetic Identity, and a scalable content strategy. This is the blueprint for everything that follows.
Consistent Execution & Delivery: This is where your brand comes to life. I get to work implementing the strategy, delivering a steady stream of ready-to-publish content (text, media, captions) directly to you.
Asynchronous Workflow: We operate in a simple client portal designed for busy founders. You get complete visibility and expert execution, without the constant meetings.
How does the subscription work? Can I pause or cancel?
Once you subscribe, in addition to the process above, you’ll be able to add as many tasks as you like to our shared to-do list and adjust the priority order. That said, you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. If you’re ever unsure of what we should focus on at any time or need help planning a new approach, I’ll be happy to help.
The system is designed for flexibility. You can pause or cancel the subscription at any time via the web portal. This ensures you only pay for the months you have active work for me.
We have several brands—our company, our product, and me as the founder. Can you handle them all?
Yes. I have extensive experience working with corporate, product, and personal brands, often for the same client. During our kick-off, we will establish priorities and build a cohesive strategy that benefits all of them.
Can you build or redesign my website?
No. Just as an architect designs a blueprint but doesn’t build the house, I focus on website strategy. I’ll help you plan the platform, structure, design approach, and copy. This ensures your website is strategically sound before you invest in development, saving you time and money.
Will you post on my blog, social media, or manage my accounts?
No. I create all the content for you, but I have a firm policy of not posting on your behalf. This is for three key reasons that benefit you directly.
Security: You never have to share your passwords.
Speed: You will be engaging with your audience directly and able to answer nuanced or sensitive questions immediately.
Control: Giving you the final say and the ability to make last-minute changes instantly.
How is this different from hiring a cheaper freelancer on Upwork or Fiverr?
Marketplace freelancers are typically task-doers: you provide the strategy, manage the project, and assume the risk.
When you partner with me, you’re investing in a proven strategic system. I manage the entire process from strategy to creation, transferring the risk to an expert. You don’t just get a deliverable; you get a cohesive, revenue-generating asset.
Why can’t I just use AI tools to do this myself?
AI is a powerful engine, but it lacks a steering wheel or a map. It can’t provide a business-savvy strategy, ask insightful questions, or apply the refined taste needed for exceptional work.
I act as the strategist—the driver—who directs the tools and ensures the final output is strategically aligned with your vision, not just algorithmically generated.
I don’t see a portfolio or client testimonials. How can I see your work?
Much of my best work is done for agencies under strict non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). Instead of a conventional portfolio, I showcase my strategic thinking and processes by regularly publishing brand playbooks in my newsletter. Each issue presents a new DTC brand, progressing through its products, business concept, positioning, identity, and content strategy.

How do we communicate?
Everything is designed to be efficient, organized, and to save you time. Most of our collaboration will happen in a simple-to-use client portal, which keeps all payments, tasks, conversations, and files in one place. We’ll schedule live calls for key milestones like our initial strategy session, and you can always book a call whenever you feel one is needed.
You’re based in Tokyo. How will the time zone difference work if I’m in the US?
We turn the time difference into an “overnight advantage.” Your workday ends as mine begins. You can send me requests at the close of your business day and wake up to progress or a completed deliverable in your inbox. This creates a seamless 24-hour work cycle that speeds up your projects.
Is our work kept confidential?
Absolutely. Your work is strictly confidential. I will never disclose your information without your written permission and will gladly sign an NDA.
Can we have a trial run?
My Brand Roadmap service is the perfect solution. It’s a one-time, low-risk way to test out working with me and see if we’re a good fit.
What is the refund policy for the monthly subscription?
You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. You will continue to have full access to the service until your current period ends.
Payments for the monthly partnership are non-refundable, and I do not issue credits for partially used months. Your subscription fee reserves my time and ensures my availability to you for the entire month.
